A gateway is set up by Wikipixel for each user to log into their account. Once you have signed in, you will notice that on the top right corner of the screen there is an “import” option. That is the button used to upload your media.
Yes. The standard limit is 2GB per file. We can upload up to 10GB, but you would need to contact first for additional bandwidth.
Simply click on the file you want and at the top of the page click on “add favorites”. The file will be added to your favorites and you will also be given the option to create and populate a selection of identity tags. This process inserts the favorite into the searchable database and ties this favorite item into the image management function.
Yes and No. As a user, your administrator has allocated a defined limit to the size of your user account. A saved favorite file, while small, can add up eventually.
Yes, If the Administrator has created your user account to enable you to share media with that user or department.
Click on the file you wish to delete, then at the top you will see the option “Remove from favorites”.
